About Us
Get Busy Living
Everyone ages. It is an inherent property of life. As our bodies and minds develop over time, we adapt to these changes by modifying our decisions and actions. The later years of life can be especially challenging, but ACF is here to help. At ACF, we listen to the needs of our clients in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions. We work with our community members to customize options that will help them lead the lives they want.

Homemakers Program
Assistance with daily tasks and home based assistance.
The ACF has a homemakers program that allows us to pair seniors with personnel to help them with daily tasks and general assistance. This program is geared to help seniors with basic tasks like cleaning, socialization in their home, meal preparation, and other general tasks that they could often use help with. This program was established to provide help with these tasks to allow seniors an opportunity to remain in their homes and not require the daily assistance of friends and family to meet their needs. This service allows seniors to remain more independent for longer.
